Executive Chef Michael Rutigliano is an original founder of Royalton Properties. After graduating from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in 1985 he spent many years working a la carte in New York City including at Tavern on The Green and Café Pierre in the Pierre Hotel. Later he honed his catering experience at the famous Water’s Edge in Long Island City.
He has amassed an extensive working experience in multiple cuisines such as Modern American, Italian, French, Asian, Mediterranean, Latin and Caribbean. Chef Mike and his Culinary Team bring an a la carte touch to catering.
The Chef enthusiastically amerces himself in the design and execution of all Royalton Property cuisine. With an eye for flavor and design, Chef Michael’s belief in bringing gourmet Ala Carte dining to hundreds of diners simultaneously has become the shining standard in the catering industry.
