Party planning, catering, and country club events have always been Michael Einhorn’s big passion. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, he restored the landmark Roslyn Country Club in 2003 and transformed it into The Royalton Mansion. The property’s exquisite grounds and majestic features soon became one of Long Island’s more sought-after event venues.
Having garnered a reputation for being unparalleled in both food and service, The Royalton became synonymous with excellence in events of all types. Hence the reason why, in late 2016, Michael was contacted by the General Manager of The Greens at Half Hollow, Tom Baird, to partner and establish The Royalton on The Greens!
